Below is an outline of the process, pricing structure, and typical timeline of Ethereal Airbrush's mural creation from start to finish.
Process

Consultation
Each project begins with a complimentary consultation, by phone, virtual meeting, or in person, to understand the space, goals, and vision for the project. -
Site Review & Estimate
The artist assesses the wall, measures the space, and provides a clear project estimate aligned with scope, timeline, and budget. -
Deposit & Concept Development
A deposit secures the project and covers materials and design development. Concept work begins at least two weeks prior to the scheduled start date. A formal mural proposal is also provided. -
Execution & Completion
The mural is professionally executed within the agreed timeline, resulting in a finished piece that enhances the space, strengthens visual identity, and creates a lasting connection with the surrounding community.

How Pricing Works
Pricing is based on the size of the wall (square footage) and detail of the design. Surface condition and overall complexity are also considered.

Typical Price Range
Projects generally range from $25–$35 per square foot, depending on design detail, scale, and execution requirements.

All materials required for completion.

Digital concept design with up to two revisions.

A PDF proposal outlining scope and timeline of the project.

Additional Considerations

The following are not included in the base price and, if required, will be discussed separately:

Specialty paints or protectants

Travel costs for distances exceeding 50 km.

Lift equipment such as scaffolding, scissor lifts, or boom lifts, to be provided by the client

Timeline

Two Weeks Prior
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at least two weeks before the scheduled start date. This secures the project in the artist’s schedule and covers concept development and materials.

One Week Prior
The final concept is approved and any revisions are completed. The project is confirmed and ready to begin.

Mural Prep & Painting
Setup, surface preparation, masking, and layout can take 1–3 days. Most murals are painted over 5–10 days with appropriate masking, safety measures, and site care in place.

Project Completion
The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion and the artist will ensure the work site is left clean. Any post-completion changes or repairs requested by the client are billed at an hourly rate.
